Problems: AGGO missed ~6 hours to recool the system and had constant
pressures of 1006.9 mbar.
KOKEE missed ~2 hours due to bad weather and a power outage.
NYALE13S had no X-band fringes and was not correlated.
SEJONG was noisy.
SVETLOE missed 077-0614b to 077-0752 due to S-band receiver
problems.
